- Your Operating System must be one of the following:
- Windows: Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7.
- MAC OSX: Leopard or Snow Leopard
It is recommended that you have all Operating System updates and service packages installed. Not all applications available via OnsiteHealth are fully tested with the various browsers and operating systems and configurations, including: Internet Explorer (IE) 8, Safari, Firefox, and Chrome. These are currently under assessment.
** Please note the related operating system and browser issues:
- Selected PeopleSoft & EDR reports (and all systems that utilize Onbase Reporting); Radiology images that utilize MagicWeb and iSite Enterprise PACS systems are not supported for IE 8, Firefox, and Chrome browsers on any Windows Operating System.
- Selected PeopleSoft & EDR reports (and all systems that utilize Onbase Reporting); Radiology images that utilize MagicWeb and iSite Enterprise PACS systems are not supported for Safari, Firefox, and Chrome browsers on any MAC Operating System.
- Note: Please be aware that this installation process carries a small amount of risk. There is the potential of losing all Internet connectivity from your system if the instructions are not followed.
